2. American Thoracic Society Sleep Medicine Website
Sleep is multidisciplinary, and we all bring our own perspectives to the field. As a Med-Peds trained doc, I tend to gravitate toward a more internal medicine style of presentation and learning. High yield, straight to the point.

3. Sleep Review Magazine
Awesome place to get side-by-side comparisons of the new tech out there, from new home sleep apnea tests to electrodes for that sleep lab you're setting up. Buyer beware, since this is a commercial website, there's very likely paid content on this site, but very useful nonetheless.

4. Veteran's Affairs National Center for PTSD Website
Many of our veterans deal with multiple sleep disorders, and PTSD can play a huge role in poor quality sleep and poor health outcomes in general. We respect the sacrifice and dedication of our veterans, and they deserve the best care possible. Here's some information about access to PTSD care and the VA suicide hotline.
